Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the yellow cake mix, stirring just until the ingredients are incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the chopped nuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
