1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder

1 ounce fresh lime juice

2 ounces pineapple juice

2 ounces coconut water

1 ounce coconut milk or cream of coconut

34 ice cubes

Optional: splash of non-alcoholic rum

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine spirulina with 1–2 tsp of hot water and stir until mostly dissolved.

2. Add the spirulina mixture, lime juice, and pineapple juice into a shaker.

3. Pour in the coconut water and coconut milk or cream of coconut. Add ice.

4. Seal and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

5. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

6. Garnish with fruit slices or edible flowers and serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, use cream of coconut. For a lighter taste, opt for coconut milk. Always use blue spirulina (not green) to achieve the vibrant color. This recipe is perfect for parties or summer evenings.
