Description

Ingredients

1 tsp fresh Lemon Juice

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Raw Honey (optional)

500 ml Water


Instructions

1. Bring 500 ml water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.

2. Remove from heat and stir in butterfly pea flowers. Let steep for 10 minutes.

3. Strain flowers (optional) depending on preference.

4. Stir in lemon juice, raw honey (optional), and ACV. Watch the color change.

5. Serve hot immediately or pour over ice for a chilled version.
