Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks

  • Honey or agave to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and pineapple chunks thoroughly. If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and chop.
  2. Blend cranberries, pineapple chunks, and water on high speed until smooth.
  3. Optional: strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  4. Adjust flavor with honey or lemon juice, pour into glasses, add ice, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Chill the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Use frozen cranberries when fresh ones are unavailable.
  • For a tropical twist, replace water with coconut water.
