Ingredients

- 2 dragon fruits
- ¾ cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Cut and Scoop: Slice dragon fruits in half, scoop out the flesh, and reserve shells if desired.
- Blend: Combine pulp, water, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Churn: Add to an ice cream maker and churn until frozen.
- Freeze: Transfer to a container or fill the reserved shells. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on the fruit’s ripeness.
- No ice cream maker? Stir every 30 minutes during freezing.
