Description

 A light, bright, and healthy frozen treat featuring vibrant dragon fruit, zesty lemon juice, and just enough sweetness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 dragon fruits
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut and Scoop: Slice dragon fruits in half, scoop out the flesh, and reserve shells if desired.
  2. Blend: Combine pulp, water, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender and purée until smooth.
  3. Churn: Add to an ice cream maker and churn until frozen.
  4. Freeze: Transfer to a container or fill the reserved shells. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Adjust sugar based on the fruit’s ripeness.
  • No ice cream maker? Stir every 30 minutes during freezing.
