A fresh, easy fruit cocktail recipe made with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and a citrus-honey glaze. No alcohol or syrup just vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 grams) honey

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (12 limes)

2 teaspoons lime zest

1 lb (455 grams) fresh strawberries, halved or quartered

12 oz (340 grams) fresh pineapple chunks

12 oz (340 grams) blueberries

8 oz (225 grams) red grapes

4 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated

3 kiwis, peeled, sliced, and quartered

2 large bananas, sliced 1/3″ thick

Instructions

1. Whisk together the honey, lime juice, and zest in a small bowl.

2. Add all prepared fruits to a large mixing bowl.

3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently mix.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill if desired.

5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • Add bananas just before serving to keep them firm.
  • Sub honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • Top with coconut flakes or chopped pistachios for crunch.
