Refreshing lemon ginger cucumber water that supports hydration, digestion, and daily detox with fresh, natural ingredients.
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
4 cups cold or room-temperature water
Instructions
1. Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and fresh ginger.
2. Place all sliced ingredients into a glass pitcher.
3. Fill the pitcher with 4 cups of cold or room-temperature water.
4. Optional: Lightly muddle the ingredients to release natural oils.
5. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
6. For sparkling versions, add carbonated water just before serving.

- For stronger flavor, infuse overnight in the fridge.
