Description

A refreshing and naturally detoxifying drink made with lemon, ginger, and cucumber. Perfect for daily hydration, digestion, and skin health.

Ingredients

1 English cucumber or 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 lemon, sliced (seedless or seeds removed)

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced thin (no need to peel)

45 cups of filtered or sparkling water

Instructions

1. Thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger into uniform rounds.

2. Add the slices to a glass pitcher filled with water.

3. Gently muddle the ingredients with a wooden spoon to release their flavors.

4. Let the water infuse for at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate for stronger taste.

5. Strain if desired and serve chilled over ice.

6. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, refreshing with new slices if needed.

Notes

  • Use mint, basil, or berries for extra flavor.
  • Avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.
  • Drink fresh for the best taste and benefits.
