Description

A vibrant and natural detox drink featuring lemon and ginger to refresh your body, stimulate digestion, and support immunity.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2030g dried sliced organic ginger
  • 2 organic lemons
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil.
  2. Add dried ginger and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Wash and thinly slice lemons.
  4. Remove infusion from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Stir in honey (optional).
  6. Add lemon slices to infusion.
  7. Let sit for 1–2 hours at room temperature.
  8. Strain and store in an airtight container.
  9. Chill and serve over ice.

Notes

  1. Simmer longer for a bolder flavor.
  2. Fresh ginger works too, just double the amount.
