Description
Lychee Rose Mocktail blends canned lychees, rose water, lemon, and ginger ale into a floral, fizzy, and elegant non-alcoholic drink—perfect for parties or relaxing afternoons.
Ingredients
15 ounces canned lychees in syrup
5 to 8 raspberries
2 teaspoons rose water
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 cups chilled ginger ale
Ice, for serving
Instructions
1. Add lychees, raspberries, rose water, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Strain the liquid using a fine mesh sieve into a jar. Do not press the pulp through.
3. Chill the strained syrup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. To serve, pour 1/4 cup of syrup and 3/4 cup of ginger ale into a glass.
5. Stir gently to mix, then pour over ice.
6. Optional: Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon twist, or edible rose petals.

- You can store the syrup in the fridge for up to 2 months.
- For a fizzy twist, use club soda instead of ginger ale.
- Freeze berries in ice trays to chill the drink without dilution.
