Description

Lychee Rose Mocktail blends canned lychees, rose water, lemon, and ginger ale into a floral, fizzy, and elegant non-alcoholic drink—perfect for parties or relaxing afternoons.

Ingredients

15 ounces canned lychees in syrup

5 to 8 raspberries

2 teaspoons rose water

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

6 cups chilled ginger ale

Ice, for serving

Instructions

1. Add lychees, raspberries, rose water, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Strain the liquid using a fine mesh sieve into a jar. Do not press the pulp through.

3. Chill the strained syrup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

4. To serve, pour 1/4 cup of syrup and 3/4 cup of ginger ale into a glass.

5. Stir gently to mix, then pour over ice.

6. Optional: Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon twist, or edible rose petals.

Notes

  • You can store the syrup in the fridge for up to 2 months.
  • For a fizzy twist, use club soda instead of ginger ale.
  • Freeze berries in ice trays to chill the drink without dilution.
