Lychee rose spritz mocktail combines fruity sweetness with floral elegance, perfect for any festive or relaxing moment non-alcoholic and beautifully refreshing.

Ingredients

2 tinned lychees

1 teaspoon maple syrup or preferred sweetener (optional)

3 oz (90 ml) lychee juice

¾ oz (22 ml) rose syrup

½ oz (15 ml) lime juice

2 oz (60 ml) ginger kombucha or coconut water

Instructions

1. Place lychees and sweetener in a shaker or sealed jar.

2. Mash them gently to release juice.

3. Add rose syrup, lime juice, and lychee juice. Add ice.

4. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.

5. Fill glass with ice and rose petals.

6. Strain into glass. Top with kombucha or coconut water.

7. Garnish and enjoy.

  • Ginger kombucha adds fizz and a gut-friendly twist.
  • Coconut water creates a still, hydrating version.
