2 tinned lychees
1 teaspoon maple syrup or preferred sweetener (optional)
3 oz (90 ml) lychee juice
¾ oz (22 ml) rose syrup
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
2 oz (60 ml) ginger kombucha or coconut water
1. Place lychees and sweetener in a shaker or sealed jar.
2. Mash them gently to release juice.
3. Add rose syrup, lime juice, and lychee juice. Add ice.
4. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
5. Fill glass with ice and rose petals.
6. Strain into glass. Top with kombucha or coconut water.
