Description
A tropical, refreshing fruit salad with mango, melon, and pineapple, tossed in a zesty lime-maple dressing. Quick, easy, and irresistibly juicy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple (490 g), cubed
- 2 cups cantaloupe (320 g), cubed
- 2 cups honeydew melon (320 g), cubed
- 2 cups mango (330 g), cubed
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Chop Fruit: Cube all fruits and combine in a large bowl.
- Make Dressing: Mix lime juice and maple syrup until blended.
- Combine: Pour dressing over fruit, toss gently to coat.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, then serve chilled.
Notes
- Substitute lemon juice if lime is unavailable.
