A tropical, refreshing fruit salad with mango, melon, and pineapple, tossed in a zesty lime-maple dressing. Quick, easy, and irresistibly juicy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple (490 g), cubed
  • 2 cups cantaloupe (320 g), cubed
  • 2 cups honeydew melon (320 g), cubed
  • 2 cups mango (330 g), cubed
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Chop Fruit: Cube all fruits and combine in a large bowl.
  2. Make Dressing: Mix lime juice and maple syrup until blended.
  3. Combine: Pour dressing over fruit, toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, then serve chilled.

Notes

  1. Substitute lemon juice if lime is unavailable.
  2. Add mint for an herbal twist.
