Description

This Natural Manjaro Drink is a refreshing, fruit-forward blend made with sencha green tea, ginger, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. It supports digestion, energy, and hydration without any artificial ingredients.


Ingredients

1 cup (240 ml) filtered water

1 tsp loose-leaf sencha green tea

½ inch fresh ginger, finely grated

1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tsp raw, unfiltered apple-cider vinegar

1 tsp raw honey or 4–5 liquid stevia drops (to taste)

1 tiny pinch pink sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Gently heat the filtered water until it’s just below boiling, around 175 °F (80 °C).

2. Add both the green tea leaves and ginger to a tea infuser or mesh strainer, then place it over your favorite mug.

3. Slowly pour the warm water through the strainer and steep for exactly three minutes.

4. Remove the strainer and stir in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar while the tea is still warm.

5. Add raw honey or stevia to sweeten, stirring until fully dissolved. If desired, add a small pinch of sea salt.

6. Enjoy warm or cool slightly and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel or ginger slice.

Notes

  • Drink first thing in the morning for best results. Adjust sweetener and citrus to your taste. Add cayenne for extra heat or mint for a refreshing twist.
