Description
This pink salt detox drink is a refreshing morning ritual that hydrates, energizes, and supports digestion naturally.
Ingredients
¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt (fine ground)
8 oz warm filtered water (~120 °F / 49 °C)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
½ tsp raw honey (optional)
Small pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm 8 ounces of filtered water until comfortably hot but not boiling.
2. Add ¼ teaspoon of finely ground Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in about 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir to blend.
4. Optionally, add ½ teaspoon of raw honey or a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra benefit.
5. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes, then wait at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Notes
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
