8 oz warm filtered water (~120 °F / 49 °C)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)

½ tsp raw honey (optional)

Small pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

1. Warm the water until it’s hot but not boiling.

2. Add the pink salt and stir until dissolved.

3. Mix in fresh lemon juice.
