Ingredients
2–3 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt 8–12 oz filtered water (Optional) 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (Optional) 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
1. For sole: dissolve salt in water in jar, let sit 12–24 h 2. Mix 1 tsp sole (or ½–1 tsp salt) into glass of water 3. Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, stir 4. Optionally add honey 5. Sip slowly on empty stomach
Notes
Use a glass or plastic lid to avoid metal reactions. Drink every morning, wait 15–30 min before breakfast. Consult doctor if you have high blood pressure or kidney issues.
