  • 1 can LUCKY LEAF Strawberry Fruit Filling & Topping
  • Topping: 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Base: Combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add Strawberry Filling: Mix in the strawberry fruit filling thoroughly.
  3. Form Bon Bons: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 6 hours.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips, adding a tablespoon of shortening if needed for consistency. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Dip and Freeze: Dip frozen bon bons into melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Return to freezer until set.
